How do we meet for our coaching sessions?
Coaching sessions are conducted online (Zoom/Google Meet), but you have the option of meeting up in person or a combination of both.
Additional charges for travel costs will apply for in-person coaching.
How long does a coaching programme last?
Your journey starts with a pre-coaching call to discuss your goals, commitments, and preferences, which help to determine:

the best duration and no. of sessions, ranging between 3 to 12 months.

the frequency of coaching sessions (weekly/fortnightly), based on your work and personal obligations.

Each coaching session lasts 1 hour.
Can I end my coaching earlier or later than scheduled?
As this is your coaching journey, you can choose to end it once you feel confident navigating life independently.
Alternatively, you may also pause and resume coaching as needed.
In the event that you require additional support, we will discuss if adding more sessions is necessary.
